BUSINESS VISA
Description:
- Valid passport last 6 months,
- One typed visa application form,
- One typed business consent form,
- Three photographs 35 x 45 mm 80% face should be seen white back ground,
- Covering letter on Company letterhead,
- 07 digit approval number from Iran immigration in Iran,
- Original Chamber of commerce letter,
- Medical in original consists of three test i.e.: Hepatitis B & C, Tuberculosis, HIV 1 & 2 from any of the doctors (There are no panel of doctor for this test).
TOURIST VISA
Description:
- Valid passport last 6 months,
- One visa application form,
- Three photographs 35mm x45mm 80% face should be seen white back ground,
- Foreign exchange or International credit card,
- Covering letter on business letterhead OR Leave letter from the company,
- Hotel confirmation and Return ticket,
- Medical in original consists of three test i.e. A) Hepatitis B & C, B) Tuberculosis, HIV 1 & 2 from any of the doctors (There are no panel of doctor for this test)
- 07 digit approval number from Iran immigration in Iran.
