- Company Income tax papers for last 3 years
- Personal Bank Statement of last 6 months.
- Company Bank Statement of last 6 months.
- Salary slips for last 3 months
- Travel Insurance,
- Return Air ticket
TOURIST VISA
Description:
- Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return with 02 pages back to back blank
- Two colour photos 35mm by 45mm white background 80% of the face should be seen.
- Covering letter from pax on company letter head with company round stamp on it.
- If working then covering letter on plain letter & Original Leave letter from Indian company.
- Confirmed Hotel confirmation as per the air tk
- Personal & Company bank statement copy for last 06 months of passenger with stamp & signature in all the pages.
- If working Salary Slips for last 3 months
- Personal & Company I T papers copy for last 03 yrs of passenger
- Listed Overseas medical insurance as per the Air tkt List of Insurance is mentioned below
- Return Air ticket
- Listed Overseas medical insurance as per the Air tkt List of Insurance is mentioned below
